Refund Policy
Ultimate System Care is available on a try-before-you-buy basis. So, you can download it to ensure that you can fully use it before purchasing. We know you will be completely satisfied with our product and service. However, if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, feel free to contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a refund.
Refund requested after 30 days of your initial purchase date will not be issued. On the off chance if you raise a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 7 business days. However, this may vary on the basis of your payment method.
As soon as you receive a refund, you shall lay off all use and destruct all copies (if any), full or partial, of the Ultimate System Care for which you no longer have a valid, purchased license. We reserve the right to disable any registration keys given to you for the refunded product.
Requesting a Cancellation and Refund From Us
Before you start, please read all the limitations and restrictions mentioned in this refund policy. It is also worth notable that this refund policy is subject to change without any notice. Just in case the Ultimate System Care doesn’t suit your requirements, you can request a refund with an explanation of the reason and full details of your purchase order via email within 30 days of the purchase date.
We reserve the right to repair any errors rather than providing a refund or fix the purchaser’s concerns through our support team. A refund request will be accepted only under the Accepted Circumstances highlighted underneath. In the event that a refund request is not raised within the product’s specified money-back guarantee period, no refund will be issued.
We are not liable for refund delay, loss, or ineligibility because of mail service delays, wrong information, customer error, or any other circumstances outside of our control.
Accepted Circumstances For Refund
A refund request will be entertained if it meets the Accepted Circumstances mentioned below:
- Double purchase of the same product.
- A refund request for an auto-renew order that the customer is not familiar with or doesn’t get the auto-renew reminder in his/her email box before the auto-renew occurred if he/she has no need of the product in future.
As soon as a refund is raised, the corresponding license will be deactivated.
No Refund Circumstances
We don’t issue a refund in the following conditions:
- Failed to read the product description before making a purchase and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product’s results and service. We strongly recommend that every customer should read the product description and use the trial version prior to purchasing.
- A customer, all of a sudden, changes his/her mind after making a purchase.
- A refund request claiming the failure of getting the license code for the product. Generally, as soon as the order is placed, an email is sent with the license code and download link to the customer. However, at times, the arrival of this email can be delayed because of email typos, system or internet glitches, email spam settings, etc. In such a case, customers should contact us to send the code immediately.
- A refund request for the product that exceeds 30 days after your purchase date.
- A customer is unable to use the product due to his/her user experience or skills.
- A user can’t operate the product due to an outdated or old Windows OS.
- You have purchased the product from the wrong platform.
We will not refund any taxes, handling, processing, or any other expenses or charges incurred during the initial purchase or subsequent refund request.
